These Terms govern use of Port233 business and network tools provided by Port233 LTD (United Kingdom). By using this service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.

Permitted Use

The public tools are provided for reasonable personal, educational, and small-business administration and troubleshooting use.

The password generator is provided as a local browser tool for creating random passwords and passphrases. You are responsible for storing generated values securely.

Automated abuse, resale, high-volume operational dependency, or use that disrupts the service requires written permission from Port233 LTD.

Invoice Studio

You are responsible for checking business and client details, amounts, currency, tax treatment and the final PDF before sending an invoice. The tool does not determine tax eligibility, provide accounting advice or guarantee that an invoice meets local requirements. Keep your own invoice records and backups: browser storage holds one current draft and can be cleared. Invoice Studio does not send invoices or track payments.

Invoice creation is free. Optional support payments and the 30-day refund process are described in the invoice support policy. Support does not purchase additional invoice features.

Quote Studio

Quotes and estimates are proposals, not invoices. You are responsible for their scope, wording, validity dates, terms, pricing and projected tax, and for checking the final PDF before sending. The document label does not determine the legal effect of your proposal. Quote Studio does not track acceptance, send documents, convert them into invoices or keep a full document history. Keep your own PDFs and backups. Quotes and estimates share one local draft and reference series, separate from Invoice Studio.

Products, Gumroad, and External Links

Port233 may link to downloadable products hosted by Gumroad and to external services. Gumroad and external providers handle their own checkout, terms, pricing, privacy, and refund policies.

Some external links may be affiliate links. Affiliate relationships do not control Port233 diagnostic results.

Prohibited Conduct

• Using the service in violation of applicable law or regulation.
• Attempting to disrupt, degrade, or overload the service.
• Automated abuse, scraping, or misuse beyond normal human use.
• Reverse engineering or bypassing safeguards intended to protect the platform.
• Using outputs to mislead, defraud, or harm others.

Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Diagnostic results are indicative and may vary by device, network conditions, browser, and third-party infrastructure.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Port233 LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms.
